For many, work is life. Spending over 40 hours at the office, a well-designed space is key for employee wellbeing and productivity. Offices have evolved to attract talent, foster creativity, and showcase modernity. As a result, there’s a growing need for office designers to embrace psychological principles in architecture. Using our knowledge of organizational psychology, we designed an office for Ulrich with minimal distractions, private and semi-private spaces, a breakout table, and standard lighting.
