Designing a sushi restaurant in America’s heart is a unique opportunity, and when Sam approached us with this project, we were excited. What made working with him even more interesting was that Sam is a real art enthusiast. Engaging in discussions about the artwork he envisioned for the restaurant’s entrance was truly enriching.
